My company is bought by another big company. All of us will be laid off at June 2007. Currently, I'm pregnant and work with a H1B visa. My hu*****and is in F1 visa. I'm curious if I change my status to F2. Will it be difficult for me to change it back to H1B? Is it restricted by cap limitation? The big company offered me a job but I don't want to take it since they also offer a very nice severance package, I don't want to lose it.
