Congratulation for the offer!!!
Since you only worked in that bad company for a short time and left there due to "company restructure" (a very smart reason), so you better not use the people in that company as your reference.
In the future, after several years, you even do not need show that company on your resume. completely forget that company.
Only chose the people who will say good things about you as your reference.
Background check will focus on crime, bad financial, etc. So as long as youa are OK, don't worry about it.
After you start in the new company, don't say anything which you shouldn't say. 把自己看小,把事情做大.
