Nobody in your HR dare/should give you advise. If you mention abortion to a typical American, they will look down on you. This is a very conservative county on this issue. U don't need to talk to anybody in your work place! It's your decision to make. You can wait until you are "showing" to talk to your boss so your job arrangement may need to be changed.
The most important, there is no reason to me that you shouldn't keep the baby!
