Help! How to answer this?

I am looking for jobs and have got 3 interviews. I am waiting for their final answers.

At the same time, I am looking for postdoc positions. Today, I got an email about one of my postdoc applications, and I was asked when I will be available.

I would like to work with this professor if I don't get the offer. However, I will not know before the end of Feb.

Should I tell the professor that I am waiting for job offers?
Or should I just say I will be able to join his lab after Feb. (but maybe not at all)?
