The key is the sun shouldn't be too bright

Flares are multi-reflections between elements of a lens under strong light source. The only chance you can avoid it is to shoot the sun when its brightness turns lower.

Mine is just this case. Actually as an opposite example, the picture below shows strong flares by the same lens, only because under the very bright sun. Though the effect is necessarily negative:
