agree. It is very tiring. If a normal American

want to find out truth of candidates, he needs to much research and digging around. How many people have the time in US to do that? So they chose the easy way, either avoid politics, or just use whatever they hear on TV, radio, gossips, appearances, to blindly chose whoever they think it is best. Very little Americans would chose candidates base upon merit and history. Without news medias and the money to advertise in them, candidates won't be able to reach the populace and won't lose votes. But I do have to say, democracy really do make you work very hard if you want to be a politician.
