秀秀这几天做的面食

前些天受了十年佳酿培根香葱面包的诱惑，把N年未用了的面包机从地下室搬上了来。过节了， 有大堆的时间，来试做些平时没时间做的面食。


椰丝面包

毛毛妈的方子。 好吃易做。 感觉放到第二天面包回油后，放到微波炉里热热
后更好吃。面包很有弹性， 口感不错。女儿比较喜欢这个面包。


有样学样， 配一杯爱厨的维也纳咖啡。



椰丝面包的成功带来信心。 乘胜追击，斗胆一试私房传奇 -- 太平闲人的中式软面包 (Brioche) v2。

这面可真真。。。真黏啊， 除了整形， 没敢下爪子，全由面包机代劳了。










还象回事儿吗？

吃起来感觉更象蛋糕。 也许是因为太平闲人的中式软面包 (Brioche) 第二版的方子
 水少蛋多的缘故。下次试试第一版的方子。

面包里的青红丝是从美国超市里买的Fruit Cake Mix， 大部分是桔子皮，但很香， 蛮好吃的。 向大家推荐一下。


嘻嘻， 还没过够瘾。 再发点儿面包包子。


用这机器搅馅， 可以使劲搀水！荠菜猪肉馅的。
