walleye is a fresh water fish. flacky flash. Carp is also fresh water fish might hav a mud teast.

Bass (large mouth or small mouth) are fresh water fish excellet choise


Bluefish is a sea water fish, Oily and has a strong teast. Best is to do smoke fish, Soak in sugar and soy source and lightly coated with corn starch and fry.
