Much of catfish fillet products are imports from

China and Vietnam. It's not a secret they use extensively chicken feces as feed in fish farming. You can do a google search to find more info.

Good catfish is very tasty. But I never had luck with catfish bought from stores, including live ones from chinese mkt.
