over a yr now and really like these pans. But keep on mind the non-stick feature is still based on PTEF, as discussed in

In short, the pans are good for low-medium temperature cooking, but not for high heat cooking (over 450F). Because PTEF is not stable beyond that point. Also don't heat it for long without putting anything in the pan.
At home we use these pans for pan frying egg, fish. These pans are of high quality and really easy to clean, just wipe off with paper towel
