My tip: don't put any water in the wet mix
I have made it at least 5 times, and every time it was successful.
For each rack of ribs I put 6 table spoons of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tbsp of vinegar, and 3 tbsp of honey, half clove of chopped garlic. 1 and a half hours at 375F.
After it is done, take it out (remember to always bake it in a tray just in case the juice would leak out.) and pour the dark brown juice out. Cut the ribs and pour half of the juice on the ribs. The other half, keep it in the frig and it is the most wonderful sauce for your stir frys.
