It can be used for lot things, dumplings, cakes, cookies, etc. The recipe is very simple: take the petals from the rose. Wash them and drain them dry. Add sugar and honey to petals in a container till they are all covered. Then stir it a little bit. Put the mixture into an empty jam bottle and tightly turn the cover on. After 2 weeks the rose jam is ready for use.
Here in USA, I use fresh rose flower petal to make rose jam.
