Nixon's favorite breakfast is cottage cheese with

ketchup and or black pepper. (I'm not kidding)

I eat cottage cheese frequently for breakfast, thouth not with ketchup. I usually mix 2/3 cup of low fat cottage cheese + fresh fruits + half a cup of 2% milk.
It's a good source of protein.
