in my mind, if you want to work for an accounting firm, your title will be manager ...

if you want to work for industry, your title will be accounting manager ...

if you want to work for banking, your title will be manager/VP ...

Most accounting firms have staff->senior->manager->director career ladder.

Some banks have analyst->associate->manager->director, ;others have analyst->associate->VP->director carrer ladders.

In each level, there might be some prefix, such as senior, associative ...

Do not look at any job openings, which you are WAY over-qualified ...
