口头offer，困惑，请帮忙看一下

最近拿到一个口头offer, interview完就给了。问题是对方至今没有给正式的文件，说要等一个星期，只知道工资的上下限，没有告诉确切数字，但是HR的人要求把H-1 transfer的本人文件都寄过去，有点搞不懂。像是要开始办transfer, 可是没有书面的offer letter 始终觉得心里不踏实。而且另一个公司（不太想去的）催得很紧，到底应该怎么办？是不是要催一下第一个公司，大家觉得第一家公司是要我了吗。
