How to deal with her during job

I am a staff, there is an old lady she is the lover of my big boss, she obtained her MS under my boss director and will get her Ph.D , she is a full time student and full time worker and a scholorship holder concurrently, so her total revenue one year is about $120,000 at University, she only had BS when she is here about 3 years ago, and she can go anywhere, and all her traveling expensese will be reimbursed. I don't care about her salary, but recently she starts to attack me by speaking badly before my boss,

(1)she fornbidden my communication with staff by Email, everything I do must go through her to transfer to other staff, but she is not reponsible, often she will not read it, then the project will be delayed, everyday she pretended to be very busy, acturally everyone know what she is doing. she is on the phone all the time.
she will told my boss, it is my fault the project was delayed, my boss is working in another place, he will learn everything in our office through her.

(2) She grabbed all my credits and put it on herself or someone else on purpose. I felt very angry recently and has no way to deal with her, she is the lover of my boss. She alreday badmouthed down one of my coworker (American), now she starts to attack me. I can feel it every minutes. Sighghghghgh!

If you have any suggestion, please give some solutions. I am very careful, but you know she is picking up bone from the inside of the egg, what I can do, BTW, it is not easy for me to move forward.
