Normally VCs are small operations, the essential functions are the GPs and their associates.

Accountants and analysts are not part of the core functions. They are taking high risks and normally they came from very outstanding backgrounds. Hald of them have MBAs from GSB or HBS.

Employees will not be treated the same, because their contributions to the companies are not the same.

You actually can learn a lot over there; that is something money can't buy. Do you know that VC and PE jobs are the top choice for top 5 MBA grads?

PE is Private Equity.
