get GC then citizenship to work for gov

There are planty in house tech support/maintenance works were outsourced too or staffed with lower pay H1Bs. Better get into a hot area, like Java, Oracle, Sql server, .Net to ease transition. IT is changing every 5 yrs or so. Better be prepared for the next cycle.
