If the company says that the girl's performance is not up to their expectation, the company should also provide evidence to say that.
I suggest you to contact HRDC.To search on HRDC's web site and find a place to file your complaint. If you don't try how you would possibly win?
If you have to confront them at court, the judge often has sympathy toward the employee.
Make sure during the period of your employement, you didn't have misconduct.
