You may think you are very strong on math. But are you sure you are as strong as a math Ph.D---very unlikely, I believe (sorry if this is a somehow offending). I am a Ph.D in math. I saw so many brilliant math Ph.Ds couldn't find academic positions. Most of them ended up with positions of industry or government agencies (fortunately, most of them are happy with what they have). But there should be opportunities in community colleges(with small probability) or in high schools(very likely, but you need education certificates).
