credit card charge are expense as any kind of other expenses. Your company should expect this expense when it allows clients to use the credit. Same for the bank charge on Wire transfer.
The difference in currency transfer should be charged to gain or loss. I believe this kind of transaction doesn't happend very often in your company.

Also, you should look at your country's GAAP for detailed recommendation.
