6 Terms in counter offer is a lot! Didn't you talk about your demands before the offer? By not go through the recuiter, who will help you to get a couple of better terms, your chance is not good, unless hiring manager is desperately need you or can't find anyone better. If you are in hiring manager's shoes, what would you do?
