It is far easier to get an accounting job in the U.S. then in Canada, especially if you have some experience(which you already had for 3 months) and passed CPA exam. You may not get the license though until you have 1 year experience. Good communication skills also helps a lot.

I don't know about other places, but Michigan is absolutely an accounting employee's market.If you are moving to Michigan, let me know and I might be able to help you.
