I have got an new offer and I am going to quit my job soon to my boss.
My new company is a very good company and they did not ask for any references. Show your perfect match to the job and your strength, if they like you, they dont care about the references.
If they really need, just tell them that it is not convienient for you to have your current boss as your reference. Try your coworkers and your professor in School.
It should be OK, dont worry. Try to let your new employer to like you. Then they dont care anything else.
