It is not what you do, it's how you do it. I know a derm making 3mil a year.he is a jewish doc and sees over 100 pts a day. I was doing my derm rotation with him in his office, so don't tell me this is fake! I know a chinese internal med doc makes over a million a year. he does do a lot of procedure and lots of in-office tests. Subspecialists makes tons of money. Half a mil is a norm.
