More test!

I heard that after passing the first two tests, then you have to go to a local place for a third test which is like GRE test to some extent. But I am wondering if one has to pay for the third test.

I was told that after passing all three test, then a on-site interview may be possible. But if you failed the first two tests, then you won't be able to apply for jobs with Capital One in 6 months.
