When talking about weakness

weakness, focus on something that you are or were weak, but you've been making great efforts to improve it.

Whenever during an interview you have to talk about a bad expereince, a difficult situation or a weakness, stating a problem is not enough. Interviwers want to know how you turn around the situation, solve the problem and improve the weakness. Your story needs to always end with a positive and upbeat tone. That's game rule. In this country, people don't like negative personality and negative attitude.

Regarding your future goal, avoid saying something too specific, such as wanting to become a manager, director or a group leader. Talk about what skills, experience, and expertise you want to develop, and what responsibilities you want to have, short-term and long-term.
