It is usually like that if you get a new bodd who is not the guy who interviewed/hired you.
It ia also a common way and a fore warining sign to let people go(fire). there are even some company who don't give any warn sign like word waringin or email memo.
Like Marvell in sunnyvale/CA, when they fire people, they just grab that poor guy and forced him to sign the
termination letter without any reason.
So be prepared!
