请教 DUCK GG, 秋刀鱼怎末做呢?

记得你曾经有一个帖子提到秋刀鱼,我找不到了.
我是从中国店买的冷冻的，怎末做才好呢？听说秋刀鱼是不去内脏的，真的吗？冷冻的也行么？
