Korean, it's called Gaetnip. Used for making kimchi or as a wrap. It's quite similar to Shiso used in Japanese restaraunts for serving sushi and sashimi. But the Korean version has much stronger flavor, and Gaenip kimchi is my personal favorite among all the kimchis. You can get them in Korean grocery stores.
