Here are some questions I was asked before:
What are the difference between pointer and reference in C++? Not only syntax difference, but also semantic difference. Namely, give me an example which you can do with pointer but not with reference.
Why do you need virtual distructor?
Also, they will ask you something about design patterns and UML.
