Totally agree with Annie

You don't have to change your personality.

To me, being open means that you open yourself to people different from you, to cultures you are not familiar with, and to new ideas that may intrigue you, without being judegmental and jumping into conclusion quickly.

More importantly, being open requires a positive attitude.
