Behavior Q

I'm preparing for interview. There are some Qs I'm not sure how to answer properly. Please give me some clues.
The Qs are:
1. What do you think if you find that someone with less qulification earn more than you after a while of your job?
2. Comparing to your experiences, it seems that you're overqualified. Why you wnt try this position?
3.What do you do if someone keep the different oppinions with you in the job?
4. What do you do if your manager gives you another job when you are doing the job that the supervisor ask you to do?
