I got an offer from a big company a week ago. But they are still checking my background. Only after I pass the check, they will start to process my H1B transfer(noncap-->cap). I don't know when they are going to finish the check. Maybe need another week. But now, I might get another offer next week. Can I use that offer to push the current company to submit my H1B transfer immediately?? I am really interested in the current one. I don't want to lose it because of my pushing. Please let me know if this is a good idea.... I am very anxious about this since time is running out.... Thanks for your advice...
Should I push about the H1B?
