这个年金是什么意思？ VARIABLE ANNUITY QCSTIX CREF Stock Account (R3)

我的403b在TIAA里面，大部分是这个：

VARIABLE ANNUITY QCSTIX
CREF Stock Account (R3)

我也不懂这是什么，看起来是年金，但是又是股票。请问有明白的吗？

另外如果是年金，那我什么时候可以取钱，可以去多少呢？这些信息要从哪里看懂？谢谢了。
