1:2000克鱼肉加料酒、味精、2勺糖、400克地瓜粉揉搓
2:4勺盐用一小碗水中化开后,加一半盐水入鱼肉内继续揉搓
3:再加另一半碗盐水进去,揉搓
4:加5个蛋、再揉搓
直到稀薄程度像店里买的那鱼酱一样
(加入半瓶啤酒、涨发会更好、但我没试过,我加料酒)
5:冷水下锅,保持微火到熟(半小时左右)
