塑形记（4）重新出发

中饭休息，码字不便，我回家再回楼下那帖，别怪我哈。

这楼码了一半就歇了，中间各种忙大家也都知道啦。香香说的好，道理人人都知道就是忙起来就会忘，需要有人常常提醒着。好吧，我来提醒姐妹们，身体是我们自己的，床啊银子啊那人啊爱谁谁吧，咱好就都是咱的，咱不好就啥都木有廖。

这楼还叫塑形记，其实，没啥可塑的，我又不找对象了我也不去站街，长成啥样日子都是那样了。其实，就是给自己找个目标，让运动健身不那么枯燥，时不时地奔奔自己美滋滋那么一下下，心情好了，什么都好了。

看看对比吧，这半年下来，体重只是小降，但好像还是有些变化的。
