自从上了小学，确实每天晚上都跟打仗一样，学校要求8点半睡觉，但是真心做不到，现在每天放学回家就这些事，吃饭、学习、练琴、练功，到家一般5:30左右，6点吃晚饭，之前这段时间就是孩子自由活动时间，看电视也好，玩玩具也罢，总之就是自己安排，6:00-6:30吃晚饭，6:30-7:30练琴，7:30-8:30学习，8:30-9:00练功，9:00-9:15洗漱，9:15上床，9:30前入睡。每天晚上基本都是按这个流程去执行，会根据实际情况略微调整，哪个遇到问题，哪个就会成为当晚的重点。
