我以前都挑自己喜欢的material，现在总结其实基本是没必要，浪费钱。我以后我再买出租房装修准备这样，

地板Living Area and bedroom用最便宜的laminated，kitchen and bath就用塑胶（清洁和将来换方便和便宜)。

cabinet,不要用中国人公司的，没几年就不用看了。好像在homedepot买那些已经装好的价钱应该还便宜，我准备第一要耐用，第二要便宜。
