Complete all the work, labor and material, needed to make the house sell ready inside and outside:

New roof

New driveway

Stainless steel kitchen appliances

New doors/windows for the whole house

New Sliding door to backyard

New deck in the backyard

New first-floor bathroom

New painting for the whole house

Finished basement

Egress window to basement bedroom

Basement full bath

Basement laundry room

Paint outside of the house

Three-season room fixed and cleaned

Front door white column

Yard lawn and landscaping

Rewire the panel and gas line in the garage

Finish garage and paint floor grey
