共和党华裔参议员Peter Kuo 竞选起跑, We must never allow SCA 5 to become law

1. Economy

A. California needs to become the "Place to do Business" Golden State.
B. Protect Prop 13. 
C. Pension reform - Only way to truly save California from bankruptcy.

2. Education

        We must never allow SCA 5 to become law.  College admittance based on race is not the American way!

A. Properly fund the UC/CSU System, assure money goes in to the hands of the teachers, not the administrators.
B. Investment in children's activities should be tax deductible 
C. Overturn transgender bathroom bill AB 1266

3. Energy

A. A truly "off the grid" solution... collect solar, store with battery use and then use.
B. More access to international solar producing more jobs in the US.
C. Find solutions to utilize all available energy resources to lessen the burden on the consumer yet protect the environment
