1. expose to sunlight in day time, 1-2 hrs minimum daily, most important. Otherwise, i have to step up physical activities.
2. physical acitivies, at least 2 hrs daily, intensive.
3. high quality, cool fresh air when sleeping.
4. Yoga may help, but yoga alone can't give me good quality of sleeping.
Without above, i only can sleep as less as 4-5 hrs every night.
