You could communicate with the teacher regarding the class format, were mulitple views/alternative intepretations introduced? Were everyone get a chance to express one's opinion? You can't just simply tell the teacher what he/she should do in his/her classroom. This is actually a good opportunity to introduce your child to some advance social study topics. Let him explore/reseach and draw his own conclusions. Don't impose your views on him.
