The electricity problem is that the the braker is off sometime. Sotenants has to go to the outside of the house to turn the brake on. So they ask $2000 for the loss and stop paying me the rent two month ago. PM has sent several electrician to fix the problem. They still complained. they are very rude to the techincian, PM and me. The only time I visited the property and asked why they keep two big dogs inside the house. The tenant asked me to go out of the house angrily.

I have 6 investment properties now. The other properties bring me income. And I spend all the money I earn on this one. This is the main reason I don't want to hire lawyer. I will try to take the california trip as a vocation.
