This is not difficult technical problem. Contractor should be able to fix it. Otherwise, he will notify you the problem is too big to solve and suggest you hire a master contractor or civic engineer for further investment. e.g house electricity capacity is not enough and trig the house break reset everytime when baker start working.
Does the baker come with original house or you / tenant add it on?
