You can not do regular 贷款, but you can do rehab loan. some loan agent can do this. I know wells fargo loan agent can do this. But it is very time consuming to deal business with HubZu. They have strict timeline (30 days?) and you have to work with loan agent very closely to meet the strict time line. I have a friend who purchased a house from Hubutz and she ends up having to borrow money from relatives to do cash purchase. SHe is part time real estate agent. According to her, after all remodel works she did not really save much money. It did not work the trouble.

I also tried to bid a house form Hubutz, we were the highest bid for 3 times, but never be able to meet their reserved amount and the deal did not go through.
