Hubzu的房是不是没有可能能贷款买啊， 之后能做Cach Out 吗？

准备Bid一套hubzu 上的房子，十几万，但是据说Hubzu上的房子都不让通水，Agent说可能不能贷款过不了Apprasal，而且可能房子之前马桶漏过，但是现在应该已经Fix了，但没法通水。这样是不是基本只能现金拍，不可遏能贷到款过Appraisal啊？ 如果现金买了，十几万Cash Out会有Lender搞吗？贷款也就十万左右，就怕金额少，现金暂时没用，但不想全套这房里，谢谢
