这里有数学高手，问一个实际问题

在研究里作一个protein（A)和RNA（B)结合形成AB。实际操作是B的量不变，A的量从零开始，一直到B的30倍的量。这根曲线是以A作X, AB conplex的量作Y.

 

现在的问题是：因为不知道是一个A结合一个B,还是两个（或四个)A结合一个B。所以，就用best fit的funtion。有两个公式（model)都fit不错：

 

1。用sigmoidal，f= a/(1+exp(-(x-x0)/b))，3 parameter

2。用Hyperbola, f=a*x/(b+x)， 2 Parameter

 

看了一下，3个parameter或2个parameter是指常数（a,b,X0)。现在不懂的是几个parameter是不是等于几个分子（A,B)？
