表明里面可能有支票之类比较敏感的文件，寄件人想确保是收件人本人收到。如果收件人已经搬走，应该将信件退回。

还有一种情况，收件人已经在邮局更改地址，邮局有时仍会投递到旧地址。你把信件退回，邮局或者会重新投递到新地址；或者会将信件退回，并附上收件人的新地址，让寄件人重寄。
