还有个小细节

警察报告说dispatch time09:45, arrival time 10:00, 后边陈述也说 "I spoke with operator #2 at station on xx/xx/10, at approximately 1000 hours." but crash time is 18:25. 日期是同一天, 因为第二天早6点警察就打我家电话了. 虽然他没在报告里提他事故第二天CALL我的事情. 5月2日他CALL我时间他说的是1700. 下午5点左右. 我能不能用此做文章? 他会不会当庭改时间啊. 就说写错了. 应该是19:45, 对方报案是2000.
